Safety, trust & environment

While in a clients home I always check out the home first so I can feel comfortable and see all possible exits. For pets to gain my trust I always let them sniff me first and treat them as if they were mine. I give them space when they need it. I have high respect for an owners home as well and treat it as if it were my home.

Information Amy H. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your pet is on any medication, reactive to other dogs/human (or neither), food allergies, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY if your pet needs to be let out every 4 hours or sooner for a potty break I won’t be able to due to work.

A typical day

I love being able to take my energy out with a loooooong walk at the end of the day with your pup or being snuggled up in bed ready to binge watch a show. If your pup wants to play then we will play, but if your pet just wants to relax and chill then I have no complaints 😂

Pet care experience

I’ve always had a huge heart for animals since I was a kid. I treat pets as if they were my own and respect their space when needed. I’ve worked with different such as livestock (horses, goats, sheep, cows) and your typical domesticated pet. I currently don’t have any pets of my own, so having the opportunity to watch someone else’s pet brings me tremendous joy.

Amy came to our house and watched our cat and our dog. She gave us daily updates and pictures. She was very nice, and communicative which was so nice since it was our first time leaving our cat. We will definitely be using Amy again.

I recently met Amy for the first time and immediately I could tell she was a cat person, even my shy cat connected with her immediately. Amy looked after my 3 precious cats for almost a week and not only I felt safe leaving them with them, as I have a diabetic cat, but I also felt safe leaving her to stay at my house. When I came back the cats were happy and the house was clean as I left it. Amy is a serious and friendly person. I would recommend her
