Pet care experience
As a recent college graduate, I am looking to continue my pet and house sitting as I begin medical school in Memphis! I have several years of experience caring for pets, from puppies to senior dogs, as well as other animals and plants.

Amelia went above and beyond to care for my dog and cat for a long weekend. She followed all of the care instructions I sent including giving meds, taking my dog on walks, feeding schedules, etc. She sent me updates and pictures while I was away. I came home to healthy, happy pets and a clean space. I would definitely recommend her to friends!

I know that maintaining a pet’s routine is important, so I am careful to follow instructions for feeding times, potty breaks, medications, or other considerations carefully. I have cared for dogs ranging from 10 weeks old to 14 years old, so I am familiar with the accommodations needed for all pet ages. Being present and attentive to the pet is the most important thing- this should be fun for them too!

A typical day
I love to take the dogs I take care of on car rides and walks in new places, and of course spend quality time hanging out on their home turf so they’re comfortable with me.

Availability
I am not working set hours for June-July, so I am available for any time of day/days of the week. The only exceptions are 6/15-6/24 and 7/2-7/7, when I will be traveling and unavailable.
