WFH with 20+ years of pet care xp!
Growing up I was always surrounded by animals; dogs, cats, farm animals, birds, and fish. In my adult life, I raised my Jack Russell Terrier, Edy, from 2 months til 17 years old; she was quite literally my best friend. During that time, I also petsitted for my family and friends; from puppies/kittens of to elder dogs/cats across all breeds. I have also taken care of pets who need special care in the form of regular medication in the form of oral or injection. I’m currently raising my second fur-baby, a mini dachshund named Porcini. He is currently 1 year and 4 months old. I love animals of all kinds and sizes and I would be thrilled and honored to care for yours.

Safety, trust & environment
With my current living situation, I will not be able to watch a pet in my home. I am a very tidy person who follows instructions really well. I wrote instructions for a living for 11 years 😂 I follow the golden rule and am deeply respectful. So I am happy to follow your instructions to the T and I will make sure it was like I was never in your home (except that the pets will be taken care of.)
Ratings and reviews
Amber has extensive experience caring for pets young and old, and can be counted on to follow your instructions to the letter. She has watched my dogs and cats multiple times for 2-7 day stretches and has always done the job admirably. She clearly wants all pets she cares for to feel happy and comfortable. I would trust Amber to treat my pets like her own!

Schedule
I am a project manager who works fully from home. I currently live with roommates who have 1 dog and 3 cats and I have a dog of my own. I’m naturally an early riser so I start my day around 6 am with walks and feeding. My work day is pretty flexible and I am the person at work who schedules most of the meetings. I typically only have 1-3 meetings a day which makes it easy for me to step away to do pet care.

- Please let me know the commands your pet knows and anything that might scare them or make them nervous. Also if there is any place they do not like to be touched or if they want to be held or not. I want to make your pet as comfortable and safe and secure as possible.
