I have a full-time job but run my pet sitting business part-time, giving me the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you. For house sitting, I provide overnight care along with check-ins every 6–8 hours to ensure your pets are well cared for.

It really helps me to know ahead of time if your pet has any history of aggression (with people, toys, food, etc.), separation anxiety (like crying, chewing, or licking), potty accidents, marking, or any other quirks. Also, sharing their medical history is super helpful so I can give them the best care possible.
A typical day
I’m happy to join your pup in their favorite activities, whether that’s a walk around the neighborhood, a short hike, or a game of fetch. My dogs, Kokomo (medium-large) and Luna (small), are always up for making new friends and can be playmates if your dog enjoys company. Most importantly, I tailor activities to your dog’s energy level and preferences to make sure they have a fun, safe time!

Hi there, I’m Amber, your loving Dog (or Cat) Nanny! 🐾💛 I proudly serve the North East, East, and Central areas of San Antonio, typically within 8-10 miles of my home in the 78219 zip code. I’m happy to accommodate requests outside this area for a small additional travel fee. Please note, I am not boarding at this time. With over 12 years as a Professional Pet Sitter and more than 20 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds & sizes, I absolutely love spending time with dogs and getting to know each unique personality. I am a true animal lover with a genuine commitment to your pet’s health, happiness, and well-being. My goal is to create a positive, safe, fun, and comfortable environment for your fur baby,& treating them as if they were my own. I have a flexible schedule and do my best to accommodate each client’s individual needs. If your dog is looking for a new friend or a wrestling partner, my pup Kokomo or Luna would be happy to join in the fun!
