A typical day depends on your dog! Energetic pups might get long walks or fetch to burn off energy. Older or calmer dogs get slower strolls and quiet playtime. No matter what energy level they have, they will always get lots of love and reassurance. I always match their pace and personality to keep them safe, comfortable, and content.

I currently have three dogs and one cat, and I’ve also cared for guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, and a tortoise. I’m happy caring for furry, scaly, or feathered friends! I highly recommend Amber as a petsitter. I have used her on multiple occasions, from a weekend getaway to a 2 week vacation out of state. Over the years she has watched my 4 dogs and 3 guinea pigs. My dogs are always so excited to see her sometimes I think they want me to go out of town! She has given them allergy medication and even bathed one of my dogs after they were sprayed by a skunk. My animals are my babies and she takes care of them exactly as I would.
My senior dog can be a handful. He’s a retired hunting dog who still acts like a pup and also needs allergy care. Amber handled him with so much patience and understanding. She made sure his walks matched his energy level, kept his routine consistent, and never missed a dose of his allergy meds. He’s usually cautious with new people, but he warmed up to her right away. It’s clear she genuinely connects with animals and takes their well-being to heart.
Amber was amazing with our pets! She took great care of our energetic puppy and two cats whenever we went out of town. She followed instructions perfectly, kept us updated with photos, and made sure everyone was comfortable and loved. We came home to happy and relaxed pets.
