I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I started in-home pet-sitting for dogs of every type, shapes and sizes in high school for fellow church members and neighbors. The last few years I also began in-home pet-sitting cats. I have also been reliable with feeding, watering, bathing, teeth brushing, fur brushing, hygiene, clean-up, playing and walking. I walk my own dog at least 1 hour a day. We train her continually. I have raised three puppies of my own until their they were senior dogs. I specialize in gentle care especially for rescues. Pet sitting is a part of my daily routine. I typically do I morning and evening check-in for each animal (feeding, walking, toilet needs). Additional quick mid-day check-ins can be arranged for bathrooms. I can take only two to three other dogs beside own at a time in my home. In home, there is a morning and evening walk, feeding and brushing. There is a bathroom break with petting and play at least every 2 hours during the day. Otherwise, the dog is crated in home. Each feeding is done inside the crate. Each visit is started with a bath for every animal present to prevent flea cross contamination. At your home, I would follow your specified requests. Depending on the needs of the animal, typically I go 1 to 2 times a day for cats. I clean out the litter box each day, feed the cats, spend 10 minutes engaging the cat in play. Dog depending on the age/health require a minimum of two visits a day, typically three.In home, I would follow the specific feeding, toilet and exercise instructions. I clean up after each visit. With hamsters, birds, reptiles or fish, I follow the very specific feeding and cleaning instructions. Each day I send a video, picture and summary of each visit.
