I’ve known Amanda for years and one the things she is most known for is her love of animals. At work she would rescue stray kittens, nurse them, and find them homes, even turning her home into a make shift animal hospice when nothing could be done, loving each one until the end. On several occasions I have had her come into my home and take care of my dogs (and cats). She was amazing with my elderly boxers, she was patient and sweet, even giving them their medication when I couldn’t be home. My now hyper mutt loves her to pieces. She has the energy to match his and will play with him and walk him but is able to keep control the whole time. Amanda is reliable, consistent, and respectful. All my animals love her calm nature.

Amanda is and has always been great with animals! She has had many pets that she has held very dear to her heart, including her precious dog, Milo. She has always had a soft spot for animals and being a savior to tiny critters who need it the most.
