I have loved caring for cats and dogs since I was a child. I pride myself on my ability to read animal body language and gain their trust at their own pace. I also have plenty of experience training animals. For example, my cat currently knows how to sit, lay, and spin! I have administered many different kinds of medications to both cats and dogs. My friends and family members also trust me to care for their senior dogs (a chihuahua, a goldendoodle, and a yorkie mix). I’m very attentive and make sure they have everything they need and give them lots of cuddles! I also have plenty of experience with puppies and kittens. I try to always match my energy level to the animal I’m caring for. I’m happy to play, hike, and run around with the more energetic babies and take it slow and cuddle/chill with the lazier or older ones I try my best to give personalized care to each animal, since they’re all unique and have their own little quirks. I also have experience with some skiddish, shy, and unsure animals. I work very hard to make them feel safe and show them the gentleness and care that they deserve. For boarding, there is a wonderful cat in my home. He is playful, but gentle and loves dogs very much. I can only board dogs that are okay with cats, but I’m very confident that I’d be able to do a slow introduction with a dog that has never met a cat before.
