The best dog vacation home!
Hi we’re Alex and Amanda and we’d love to pamper your dog and give them the best vacation! As dog owners ourselves, peace of mind when we travel is so important when picking our own sitters for Reiko. Alex grew up with a family dog and has been around with them his whole life. We also have experience with giving oral medication, topicals, flushes, and even shots since Reiko has needed all sorts of medication for her severe allergies. We do not have extensive experience with puppies or senior dogs, but we are always happy to have a conversation about your dogs needs to see if we can meet them. Rest assured, your dog will be loved and cared for with us!

Amanda and Alex were wonderful with Bailey! They took such great care of him and made sure he was comfortable and happy throughout his stay. I really appreciated how attentive and caring they were, and they kept me updated, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Wonderful as always! Finn is a sweet boy but really shy around folks he doesn’t know. He was treated like a member of the family and found his place while I was away. Even got to the dog park ( a favorite pastime) while the rain stopped. Plenty of pictures and verbal updates - I’d definitely recommend them!
Amanda and Alexander took such wonderful care of our 6-year-old golden retriever, Doug, while we were away for a week. They sent multiple updates every day with lots of pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind and let us see how much fun he was having. Doug loved getting to play with their dog Reiko, and it was clear he was treated like part of the family. We never had to worry because we knew he was happy, safe, and incredibly well cared for. 😊 We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking with Amanda and Alexander again. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring, and communicative pet sitters!
Alex and Amanda were flexible to accommodate our needs. They took good care of Augie and we really appreciated it!
Amanda and Alex were wonderful! Finn is unsure of new situations and usually takes a bit to settle down, but they made great progress in a short amount of time. Amanda was so thoughtful in keeping me updated on Finn's progress while he was with them and I was grateful for all the pictures and notes. The visit got cut short, but I think he would have eased in even more had he been able to stay. Will definitely use them again for watching Finn!

Programa
Amanda works remote so there will be someone in the house at all times. We would prioritize staying at home in the evenings as well when we have an additional dog around.

We ensure that all of our visitors have an absolute blast in our home. We have a large house for your dog to roam around in, a fenced in yard, a bunch of fun and unique toys, and we go on walks everyday, rain or shine. Reiko is also super sweet, but can be very anxious around high energy dogs, so we would prefer low to moderate energy dogs who will just lounge around with us all day. We’re also happy to crate your dog as often or as little as needed.

We have both a play room upstairs and a decently sized backyard. We love making treats for Reiko and would also give them to your dog too! We go on daily walks and do weekend hikes in the spring and fall.

- We’re open to working with your pet and their needs, and would be able to make adjustments to our schedule to fit in. We would want to do a meet and greet with Reiko to check out energy levels before confirming a stay.
