I currently have a light schedule that I work from home, so I am available for a lot of pet care needs. I do frequent bathroom visits play, and meal time.

I am 100% about safety first. I will not accept any new dogs that will put anyone else in jeopardy. Although I have experience in housing a large number of dogs from my time fostering out in Goochland, and my time working in a doggy daycare, I do not wish to take on a large number of dogs at any one time.

No breed preferences. I’m used to every type of dog, big or small. But if I have smaller clients I will usually not book any dogs with a noticeably huge size difference, for safety reasons.
A typical day
I love taking dogs for walks and I personally Love water activities. It will depend on who my clients are at the time, I am also very accommodating to my fur potatoes.

Hi my names Amadi. Thanks for taking a second to check out my profile! I have a little over 15 years of experience in training dogs, helping with socialization skills, and general caretaking. Currently I work from home, a light schedule as I’m testing to obtain another specialty license. In my daily life I used to foster dogs for a rescue. Most of my fosters came from very rough beginnings and had many social and/or anxiety issues but we have been able to overcome them💙 With that being said I totally understand how some dogs are unsure of new people and I’m 100% willing to take the time needed to get to know your fur baby. I do currently have an iguana in his own enclosure and I have extensive reptile knowledge and I’m willing to assist with those as well.

Hi , our three labradoodles have loved Amadi for 4 years! They hear see her through the window and go crazy She’s great with walking them - has helped watch them a couple times when I’ve been gone for the day Very responsible with our key, letting me know when there will be holidays for her company Definitely recommend her to help you and your pets!
Amadi is awesome with our two large dogs. She was instrumental in helping us integrate our adopted dog with very little leash work when we brought him home. Amadi is a huge part of keeping my pack happy and healthy!
Amadi truly LOVES all animals and is absolutely GIFTED in interacting with them. I've known Amadi for years, and there is nothing she will not do to help a critter. Also, she can handle the tiniest or the biggest, the most fearful or the most exuberant. I run a rescue, and she has fostered (and sanctuaried) in her home such a diverse group of souls, and in her care they grow in confidence and learn love and happiness. She has such a calm demeanor which goes a long way to easing the nerves and mood of her charges. Amadi is truly a blessing to the animals she cares for and the people who love them. And she is not afraid to drive in the snow. :)
Amadi has always been extremely helpful when watching our two dogs Shiloh and Skinner. We’ve gone out of town on a few occasions and she has been very good with them while we were gone, and Shiloh doesn’t warm up to a lot of people! Very sweet and very professional.
