As a college athlete, I already have a very active lifestyle, so incorporating pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I’m used to staying organized and managing my time around training, classes, and responsibilities, which makes me very reliable and consistent with scheduling. Because I’m active, I can easily include walks, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day. My flexible routine allows me to adjust as needed for pet care visits, whether it’s early mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I enjoy staying on the move, so caring for dogs and getting them outside for exercise fits perfectly into my lifestyle.

I’ve grown up with and cared for multiple dogs of different breeds and personalities, including Shiba Inus, German Shepherds, Chihuahuas, and Golden Retrievers. Through my personal experience, I’ve learned how to adapt to each dog’s unique energy level, temperament, and needs. In addition to my own pets, I’ve regularly cared for friends’ dogs, including pit bulls and other large or high energy breeds, so I’m comfortable and confident with a wide variety of dogs. I’m dependable, responsible, and truly love being around animals. I treat every dog as if they were my own making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for at all times.

I cannot recommend Alyssa enough! She walks my Shiba Inu, Twix, and she is one of the few people I truly trust to handle him. Alyssa is incredibly diligent about following specific instructions, she is great at keeping Twix focused and making sure he stays away from other people and pets during their outings. I’m particularly cautious about what Twix might pick up or eat outside, and Alyssa is wonderful about keeping him away from random bushes and distractions just like I asked. Since she is a college athlete, she has the energy and stamina to take him for a solid run when he needs to burn off extra energy, which is a huge plus! I always feel completely at ease knowing Twix is in her safe and capable hands. If you’re looking for a responsible and active walker, Alyssa is the best!
