I’m fortunate to have experience with a wide variety of animals thanks to my cousins, who have two cats, three dogs, a turtle, and a horse. I help care for their pets regularly, so I’m comfortable meeting the unique needs of animals of all kinds and treating each one like family.

Alyssa has watched over my cat Cali while I've traveled for work trips. She has ensured Cali was fed, happy, and healthy and thoroughly cleaned her litterbox. Cali is a very social cat and I worry she gets lonely when I'm away. I appreciated the time Alyssa took to play and let her cuddle up with her. Whenever Alyssa has come over and Cali immediately prances over to her as she now recognizes her as soon as she walks through the door :)
Alyssa is a life saver! She is one of the only people we trust our animals with. She is communicative, timely, organized and incredibly caring. We go out of town often for work and family engagements. Alyssa cares for our 6 animals as if they were her own. Whether she is flexible to stay at our home or take our dogs with her to her own, where she has consciously transformed her space to accommodate their needs, she ensures they remain engaged, active, and cared for for the duration of their stays. I could not recommend Alyssa enough, book her far in advance I'm sure her calendar will fill up quickly.
Outside of his usual boarding facility, Alyssa is the only person I have ever let keep my dog Lenny overnight in the 5+ years I've had him. In addition to feeding and walking him as scheduled, Alyssa was very diligent with his medicine and made sure it was administered every 12 hours. Lenny had all the comforts of home while staying with Alyssa and she kept me updated on all their adventures out together by sending photos and video chatting with me regularly. I highly recommend her and so does Lenny!

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I’m currently finishing up breast cancer treatment and have intentionally chosen pet sitting as my primary work. This gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, and being able to provide reliable, loving care while I’m in this season of life has been incredibly rewarding.

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible. At my home, pets have access to a securely fenced backyard for supervised play, exercise, and potty breaks, along with plenty of attention, affection, and a comfortable place to relax. In a client’s home, I follow their pet’s established schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any other care instructions. My goal is always to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.
