I have loved and taken care of pets since I was child growing up in a house with three cats and a German Shepherd. As an adult I have been a trusted pet sitter (and professional babysitter/nanny) for over 15 years. I just moved to Lynchburg for a new job and am unable to adopt or foster a pet at this time. I have so much pet love to give, which is why I joined Rover!

Due to the rules and policies of my apartment complex, I am unable to care for pets in my home. However, I have worked as professional babysitter/nanny for 15 years and am very accustomed to working in the homes of my clients, many of whom had pets that I also cared for. My mission is to always leave the home in a better state than the way I entered it. I know how to follow directions as a sitter and maintain the schedule and structure the owners have set up. I am a responsible and trustworthy professional with a deep love for animals.

Allyson is a wonderful cat sitter! She made our feral adoptee cat feel very comfortable, and stayed a while each visit with her. Very prompt, great communication, we really enjoyed meeting her... and are glad to have her for our future trips.

Schedule
I have a flexible work schedule allowing me to easily fit in pet care during the week. I usually have ample weekend availability, as well.
