My current job and travel schedule don’t allow for having a dog full time, so until then I’ve got you covered for weekend trips! I wfh Fridays and am fully available on the weekends listed as open on my calendar. I’ve been on the road for the past several years but my schedule is finally settling down, allowing for me to restart Rover.

A typical day
Love daily walks around the city, and the dog parks in the Marina or Lafayette if your dog is friendly with others. I can’t run unfortunately due to a knee surgery, so if your dog needs daily runs I am probably not the best fit.

Pet care experience
I love and grew up around dogs- my family had a husky, a mutt, and a yellow lab. Since college I’ve dogsat for a number of family friends, neighbors, Rover dogs, etc. I’ve house sat, cared for, and walked dogs of all ages and conditions, from puppies and house training, to dogs with anxiety, to dogs recovering from surgery, to old dogs who require lots of patience and love and often have additional medical conditions. I’ve also house sat for cats (typically when house sitting for a dog as well), so very comfortable with cat care too. Also not scared of big dogs- they are some of the best!

Allison is awesome! She took care of our bulldog Winston for a weekend, on last minute notice, and did an amazing job. From the initial request to book until we picked Winston up at the end of the weekend, her service and communication were the tops. She has such a sweet way with dogs and Winston really responded to her. Allison was incredibly easy to communicate with and again, her customer service was really impressive and appreciated. Allison was such an amazing sitter for our dog, Scout. Very responsive and sent pics of Scout during the stay. We would definitely have Allison sit Scout again!
Allison was great. She's very responsive and was kind enough to send me photos and video of my dog while I was away. I had to change the pick up day/time three times due to travel issues and she was very understanding and relaxed about it. Would highly recommend her.
Allison has looked after our two dogs (a 2yr old and a 10 wk puppy) on multiple occasions. Whether it's been for a quick pee break, walk, or even hanging out in our home for a few hours and playing with the dogs, we trust Allison unconditionally caring for Toby and Tucker. Allison has also been known to catch a great photo of our dogs while we're away. You won't regret having Allison look after your animals.
