Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs since I was a kid! I always enjoyed pet sitting for neighbors and caring for my own family pets. As a teen I raised a puppy for the Seeing Eye service organization. In college I volunteered at the local humane society in my free time. I believe pets are part of the family and should be treated as such. I currently live with my dog Ginger and Cat Oreo. I would love to make some new canine friends and keep them comfortable while you are away.

Allison was excellent with my large pup. She was sure to send me a ton of pictures throughout his stay and in every one of them he looked like he was enjoying himself. Her dog Ginger is amazing and was a great companion for him over the week. I would definitely recommend and look forward to Mandos next stay!

We have a series of baby gates in our home to keep Pets in certain areas depending on their needs. We have a large crate if needed. There is a 3 foot metal fence in the back yard.

All pets visiting our home must be up to date on all vacinations and on flea and tick medicine. (Should your pet bring fleas into our home we ask you pay for all cleaning costs.) I prefer that all dogs be crate trained. Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or triggers before their stay. I want to make sure they are comfortable. I would also love to know if they have any favorite games or activities.
A typical day
During their stay we will go on walks around the neighborhood or a local trail. We will also play inside, do treat puzzles, and encourage lounging on the furniture.

I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I have time for play breaks during the day and outside time, as my own dog loves going outside MANY times a day. :)
