Pet care experience
Hi there! I have a degree in animal science from UC Davis circa 2023 and I'm now back to complete my Master's of Public Health -- and hopefully take care of your fur baby. I've worked as an animal welfare consultant for UCSF, as a vet assistant for vet clinics and animal shelters across Yolo County, and completed an internship at Oakland Zoo followed by some time as an educator for young kids on how to care for exotic animals. Beyond that, I have my family's own three babies: Biscuit (16 year old dog), Mooncake (5 year old cat), and Misu (1 year old cat). I'm happy to chat with you about your baby's specialized care, whether that means medication administration or extra slow walks before the Davis heat sets in.

Allison is an amazing person! She’s a hard worker, and has a real passion for working with animals. She worked at the Oakland Zoo, so she has plenty of experience working with animals. The last time I went out of town, she came over to my house and watched my dogs for me; she even baked pupcakes for them! She’s such a kind person, you will not regret working with her!
Allison has a way with dogs like I’ve never seen before. My dog doesn’t like anyone but he LOVES Allison. Allison will not only take care of your dog but also make him feel truly loved. I never have to worry when I leave my home because Allison has my back. Let her have yours too, you won’t regret it.
Allison has been my best friend for a long time and is great with pets! She's petsat my two guinea pigs before (which are very needy and delicate) and I'd absolutely trust her to do it again! She's very passionate about animals and very responsible and caring. Definitely recommend her!! :)

A typical day
I love going on walks and bringing treats along too! Green belts are my favorite places to walk as well as the Arboretum. If your dog prefers a rest in the sun or a high energy game of fetch, I am happy to do both.

I am currently in grad school so my schedule is flexible, but I live close to campus so I can always come home to check on the babies.
