I always make sure to follow your pet’s routine because I know how important it is for them to feel comfortable and happy. What time do they usually go on walks? What kind of treats do they love? I personally don’t use crates—I love having pets sleep near me so they feel safe and at home. But if you prefer using a crate, I’ll happily follow your routine to keep things familiar for them. Does your pet need any special care? I know that some animals, like those with separation anxiety, can feel sad or stressed when their owner isn’t around. I love starting the day with an early morning walk, enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. There’s nothing better than strolling to a favourite park. When I’m dog-sitting, I make sure to take them to places they love. In the summer, the Thames in Teddington is perfect for a refreshing swim, letting the dogs cool off and have some fun in the water. The rest of the year, Fairfield Park is my go-to spot. I know so many of the pups there, and it’s always great to introduce new dogs so they can play and socialize together. A game of fetch is a must, with tails wagging and paws racing across the grass. Seeing them make new friends and burn off energy is one of the best parts of the day!
