Our Yorkie was staying with Alla for the second time, she and her family took a very good care of him! We absolutely loved daily videos/photo updates, which put our minds at ease, she was always available, she also took some very lovely professional pictures of him which we absolutely loved, he had loads of fun! Our flight was diverted and we could not pick him up on the day that we agreed, but it was not the problem at all and she kindly looked after Tyson for another night. We highly recommend using Alla’s services to everyone.
I was disappointed with the experience I had with Alla. Having booked with her months ago, for our dog who needs a little extra care (which we were clear about from the start), we were surprised to have arrived at the house to find another dog was still there. We also didn’t expect to be greeted by Alla’s teenage daughter. The house was not clean, with dirty dog food bowls on the floor, and the front door (we came through the back) left wide open. Alla didn’t return home until the evening, as we understand. Moreover, the communication was not good about the important factors. One example was that we were told by message on the morning of collection that everything was fine. We were told when we actually picked up our dog that in fact he had thrown up his breakfast (something unusual). Whilst my experience may be a 1 off aberration, it still left us unhappy with the stay for our dog. That being said, they were all friendly hence the 2 star review.
Our Springer Riley, needed boarding urgently while we were away on holiday due to illness of our friends who normally have her. We managed to find Alla, and she saved the day, friendly and very helpful, she actually drove and picked Riley up and took her to her home, and kept us updated with messages, photos and videos on what was a very hot weekend. Absolutely brilliant, Alla and her family really cared for Riley, and she was happy and tail wagging and kissing Alla when she brought her back home for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask Alla to have Riley again. 1st Class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was Piglet's second stay with Alla and she had a great time. Thanks for fitting us in at short notice!
