Overall experience at the end, it was not professional. I will say I wasn’t able to drop them off like I originally was supposed to and she was more than willing to pick them up which was appreciate and paid for ,however during pick up is a different story. On my way to her she said that while they were packing up, they escaped her backyard again and then you’re on the search. I’m grateful we were able to find them. I am grateful that they were trying to look for my dogs however they should’ve used the right channels and reported it to Rover so that Rover can assist. I know that they have things tools to help find dogs as well.
Communicates quickly and professionally! She squeezed my babies in for a last minute daycare day and it was amazing! They came home happy and relaxed!
