I’d like to know everything about your dog(s). Do they like to go walking at a particular time? When is feeding time? Are they nervous or frightened of anything? Are they friendly with other dogs? And people? Do they like having a cuddle?
A typical day
I’ll find out what games your dog(s) love to play, such as FETCH or HIDE & SEEK, if they like being brushed and how long they like to walk.

Pet care experience
As well as having my own dogs, I volunteered for the Assistant Dogs Charity ‘Dogs for Good” as a boarder. These beautiful dogs came to stay for 1 week or for up to 3 months, depending on circumstances. We ended up adopting one of them, Harley, who was a joy. I also volunteered for The Dogs Trust. Duties included walking, brushing, cuddling, feeding. This has given me experience with pretty much every breed and every Heinz 59 of all ages.

Ali was a fantastic dog sitter and looked after both our precious pooch, along with our home during a recent holiday. Ali spent time meeting our dog ahead of the booking, learning his routine and understanding our preferences. Communication during our holiday was regular and really assuring to know all was going well at home. Our dog and Ali formed a great relationship and he was quickly at ease in her company.
