Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Alicia. I am a Licenced Veterinary Techician, and graduated from IMBC. I have two cats and two jumping spiders currently. I was a full-time LVT at NEAH, but left recently due to compassion fatigue. I have experience with exotics as I used to own rats, a fire skink, and have cared for bearded dragons in the past. I would like to get to know you before coming into your home and caring for your pets. I think establishing trust between each other is an important step to becoming a valued pet sitter. I’m very excited to meet you and your little companions!

Cleanliness is a top priority of mine when it comes to feeding and potty time. Additionally, I know the basics of first aid and CPR in a situation where the worst would occur. I believe this is important knowledge for any sitter to have.

Please inform me ahead of time if there are any special needs your pet requires while I care for them. I can administer medication as prescribed, make sure they have their special blanket, or even carry them down slippery steps to go outside if needed!
A typical day
During my visits with my first booking, I made sure to play with them for at least 15 minutes when I visited them everyday. I feel that it is important to give quality time to each animal I take care of, and playtime is included in that!
