I Will Care for Your Pup as My Own
Hi, my name is Alicia. I am a proud dog mom of my 12 year old shih-tzu, Blanket. I know the love of one's pet is a special bond and it can be hard to trust your fur baby with a stranger. I've had Blanket since he was six weeks old and he is my world! I also have experience taking care of my mother's dog as well, who is a lot more sensitive and requires more attention and affection than Blanket. I'm very protective of my dog, and I will exercise that same concern with your pup. I am working part-time from home, so my schedule is very flexible to walk or do drop in visits. I'm also very comfortable administering oral, ear, and eye medication for your pup if necessary. I can't wait to hear from you!

Alicia was exceptional on timing and scheduled routines. Her communication was efficient and timely. She was able to calmly handle unexpected mess from my cats. She took great care of my two cats, and by the end of her visit, my older cat would not let her leave. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a peace of mind when they are away for traveling.

Schedule
My schedule is pretty flexible so it allows me freedom for quality pet care. Being a dog mom, I am used to scheduling my activities around my dog's needs.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a studio so I have great eyelines to where and what a dog is doing at all times. Any time I have a new pet in my home, I do my due diligence and make sure I sweep the floors and put away any potential hazardous items out of reach.
Pets
A typical day
I live near the pier and if your dog is up to it, we can have lovely walks along the Hudson River. If your dog has a favorite toy that he/she likes to play fetch with, I'm totally down with that as well. Belly rubs are also a must :)
