Despite communicating expectations before the booking began; we were consistently stressed, wondering about the safety of our animals while almost 3000 miles across the country, and consistently receiving confusing messages from Alicia. At the beginning of the stay, we were faced with the reality of Alicia leaving our animals alone for 10+ hours a day without discussing with us and failing to properly feed them. We communicated clear expectations such as feeding schedules, and the amount of time the animals could be left alone, which Alicia failed to meet repeatedly. Communication about all topics resulted in no changes on her part. Continuation of these patterns resulted in us needing to cancel the booking which left us stressed and in a position of needing to find emergency care for our animals for the remainder of our trip. As people who travel frequently, this was a nightmare sitting for our family. We felt there was a lack of respect for our animals and our home. We tried our best to be welcoming, always be available for communication; we feel this was not returned by Alicia. We have learned to not rely solely on reviews, and will not book another sitter without a meet and greet first.
Alicia was absolutely fabulous. She watched my dog while I was gone almost a month. She sent me daily updates and I could tell my pup was having a great time with her. She’s super friendly and very responsive. I felt completely at ease on vacation knowing my dog was getting the best care and being loved on. I came home to a clean house and happy pup. Will definitely book again with her next trip!

We'll discuss and agree on the frequency, duration, and pace of walks to perfectly match your dog's individual needs and keep them happy and healthy. Availability
Working mostly remotely allows me to be present with your pets throughout the day. This means consistent companionship, timely meals, regular potty breaks, playtime, and walks, all integrated around my flexible online work (often PST/EST). Your pet gets dedicated attention, and I can easily adapt to their established routine. A note on privacy: As I handle confidential information for my remote work, I kindly request that no audio or video recordings are made of me while I am working in your home during the sit.
