Alexys does a phenomenal job taking care of my babies!! Any adjustments that need to be made to the schedule, their routine, things that come up at my apartment, she’s on top of it!! My dogs trust her and I trust her. She responds quickly and always answers my questions, even if I just want to know how the dogs are behaving. She’s a great person!!

Alexys did a great job looking after our 2 cats! I highly recommend her and will definitely have her do check-ins again.

Alexys is a wonderful sitter/walker!! She takes great care of my dogs during her drop in visits everyday and I’m so grateful. She keeps me up to date on their mood and temperament and never hesitates to ask a question. In our initial video conversation, she asked if I would mind if her sister came into my home with her and played with my dogs too and of course I said yes!! I also let her know that my the arrival time everyday was flexible, I just want my babies to have a potty break while I’m at work. Anytime I have a question or need to make an adjustment to the schedule, she is quick to communicate and respond. I hope we can keep her forever!!

Alexys was everything we were looking for in a cat sitter. She checked in every day and followed our directions exactly. She was so nice to us and our kitty. Even though my cat isn't very nice to strangers herself! It gave us a lot of peace of mind on our vacation. Thanks so much Alexys!

Alexys took great care of our cats while we were away! There were always cute pictures that we looked forward to seeing each day!

It is the first time I have contracted for this app and the truth is I am very disappointed in the service, on the first visit I felt that everything was going to be fine but it was not like that. The visits mostly did not comply with the contracted time which was 30 minutes, the agreed time was 7:30 pm this was not met for the most part either, she was always late, we hired only her, she always went with someone to my apartment. In my apartment I have always had security cameras inside my property and they are visible, through them I realized that Alexys P. did not comply with what was contracted, when I complained to her, she got upset and what she did was move the cameras with the excuse that I violated her privacy, it seems to me a lack of irresponsibility on her part. When I arrived at my apartment everything was a disaster, my dogs had no food or water and she never picked up their droppings during the 21 days. I do not recommend her and I give her one star because she does not allow me less
