Pet care experience
I've grown up with pets my entire life, including dogs, cats, fish, chickens, horses and cows. I currently have a 12 year old German Shepherd with complicated orthopedic injuries and pancreatitis. He needs specialized wound care, has complicated diet requirements, and gentle exercise. I recently adopted a cat, and he has been a cherished addition to my husband and I's life. I have provided overnight care to family's elderly or special care dogs by medicating, feeding, and exercising them. January 2025 marks the start of my third year on Rover and many years providing care for friends' and families' pets. I carry my own insurance for my security and your peace of mind. I graduated summa cum laude with my BBA in economics in May 2024. I'm a bookkeeper for a local CPA. I know how special pets are and the heartbreak that comes with losing your best friend. In your home, I will help your pet stick the routine that it would have with you. Feeding habits won't change, their bathroom area will stay the same, and they can nap in their favorite spots.

I will not accept a booking without a meet and greet. I want to meet your pets ahead of time and see your home. It is important to make sure we are compatible and that your pets are comfortable with me!
A typical day
I will stick with the routine you currently provide. If you pet needs and early morning walk, playtime in the evenings, or both, we'll make it happen!

Availability
Because my dog is elderly and has special medical concerns, I understand that your pets might need around-the-clock care. I am available to care for your pets overnight with mid-day and evening visits. If you need a quick stop-in while you're out for the day, I can do that. I don't like to leave my pets home alone for the night, so I understand and am available if you want me to spend the night with your fur kids. I have a wonderful partner who cares deeply for our pets, so I can dedicate my time to your pets.
