My mom, Julie, and I have been taking care of animals our whole lives, and both grew up surrounded by animals (including dogs, cats, chickens, and guinea pigs!). We have always loved taking care of animals and making them feel loved :) We have experience taking care of puppies, senior dogs, small breeds like chihuahuas, and medium dogs like Portuguese water dogs and pit bulls. We also have experience fostering rescues from the Humane Society of Silicon Valley and volunteering at adoption events in the Bay Area. Alexis: I'm currently a graduate student getting my doctorate in education and am working part-time remotely! Since I am working remotely, I have plenty of time to take care of your pet, take them on walks, and play with them! Julie: I am currently working part-time during the day. After my shift, I will also have time to spend time with your pet and take care of them! We have a fenced yard with grass and two uber-friendly dogs (a seven-year-old chihuahua and a two-year-old beagle). Both of our dogs are crate trained and have the experience of going to a doggy day care where they spend lots of quality time with other dogs and people. They are spayed and neutered and have their vaccines up to date. This is a non-smoker household.
