Pet care experience
I’ve had several animals of my own, I have dog and cat sat for several people/ families. This included giving medications to injured dogs and puppies. I also work in a dog grooming salon and have hands on experience bathing and grooming dogs of all ages and sizes. I have also fostered a puppy from the humane society and cared for dogs in heat.

Our pups love Alexis! We trust and highly recommend her. She is wonderful with all four of our dogs (3-large retrievers and a grumpy terrier-mix); normally we might split up the dogs bc they are A LOT to handle— but Alexis is a dog-mom, and can handle the whole pack at once. We have had her for house/pup-sitting and dog walking. She is the best! Highly recommend.
Alexis is amazing! She took amazing care of my fur babies and was somehow able to get them to behave better than usual. Alexis has become my go-to when I need these dawgs taken care of and I hope she'll continue to put up with them. ♥️

I have a fenced backyard and an animal free home, so no risk of discomfort between animals. I have great respect for other people’s homes and make it a priority to follow specific instructions for the safety and comfort of everyone involved.

Please let me know if your dog has any agression issues/ biting tendencies. I am not against taking care of dogs with fearful aggression, but may request that they be left on a lead with a muzzle if they have a bite history.
A typical day
I love to do long walks, teach new tricks, and sometimes will bring stimulating food puzzles along with me. If you have a dog park you are comfortable with, I am also comfortable with supervising socialization.
