Hey there:) My name is Alex! Your dogs new next best friend! The service's that I currently offer are drop in visits,dog walking, and in your home house sitting. I am a dog animal lover at heart! When I was a kid growing up there was always allot of animals in my every day life because I grew up on a farm. I learned at a young age to always be calm and gentle when around puppies and older dogs, and to never scream and yell at them, but to talk in a low calm tone of voice. I have allot of experience in training puppies and dogs of all shapes and sizes! And all the different kinds of breeds of dogs there are. My main objective here and what I will be focusing on is forming excellent trust and a never ending awesome bond between me, you, and your doggo! Your dogs will get plenty of potty breaks, many long walks, rounds of fetch, treats/dog food, and fresh cold water every time your dog is under my care! You won't have to worry about a thing 😀 I always take extra saftey precautions to make sure your pup is safe 100% by making sure your dog is leashed up every time we go on a walk and always supervised when in the backyard so you will be worry free! While your away and your dog is under my care! Morning time will get taken out potty, fed breakfast, and get taken on a nice morning neighborhood walk. Come lunch time we will go fetch a ball at the dog park. Night time get fed dinner and go for a short night time stroll around the block.
Ratings and reviews
Our experience with Alex's pet care services over the course of seven days fell short of our expectations. Upon returning home, we were disappointed to find piles of feces on the floor that had been left unattended for so long that they couldn't be easily removed. We had to resort to using a steamer to clean the mess. Additionally, we noticed remnants of chewed-up boxes and toilet paper rolls, which typically indicates that a pet has been left unattended for an extended period of time.
Alex was a great dog sitter. She was able to deal with my cocker spaniel (a rescue) and his attitude at first meeting. She followed my instructions and gave regular updates by text and photos. She took him out multiple walks a day showing love and care. My Huxley was well taken care of and happy when I got home. I will definitely have her dog sit again in the future.
Alex took such great care of my Zoey!! She was very understanding that Zoey takes some warming up to. She gave me updates multiple times a day to let me know how she was doing. This was my first time having a stranger watch my dog and I’m glad I trusted Alex!!
Alex was great with our anxious dog while we were away. We really appreciated her level of regular communication and we received many videos and pictures from their time together. We would book Alex again to watch our dog.
Alex watched our babies Lily and Sunny at our home for the day and oh boy she is awesome at her job. She took care of them like a pro, fed them, played with them. To our surprise, she even drew an art with our dog’s name while she was watching them. Glad that we chose her for the job!!
Alex provided doggy day care for my golden retriever. He was well taken care of and Alex was in good communication with me throughout the day. She kept him very entertained! She has a huge background, fully fenced, and perfect for dogs.
