I’ve taken care of animals for most of my life. I am certified in animal enrichment. I am a zookeeper. I have volunteered at animal shelters.

Alexandria was absolutely amazing and came through for us at the very last minute. We appreciate her so much and will be using her in the future as long as she is available.
Alex is one of the few people I can trust with my dogs. We have three littermates and littermate syndrome (stronger bonds between the dogs than normal, reactivity) makes it where we need someone who understands dogs and body language to be able to properly care for them and prevent any issues. I know my dogs require a little more than the average dog, but do not have to worry when she is with them. Alex has so much experience with a variety of animals and their care and even has training as a dog trainer. Not only do I trust her with my dogs, I feel safe leaving my home in her hands. I cannot recommend Alex more!
I am a veterinarian and I don’t trust just anyone to watch my fur baby. Alex is a great pet sitter! Her love for animals is evident in how she cares for them. She is extremely experienced. Great communication. Love all the cute pictures she sends. Highly recommend Alex for your pet sitting needs!
I had the lovely privilege of working with Alex as a zookeeper. She has a great attention to detail and a real love of animals. Her training knowledge is fantastic and her exhibits & animal bedrooms were cleaned beautifully. She will be a wonderful pet sitter for Rover.

Mental stimulation and physical activity are very important to me. I do have a fenced in yard, but just running isn’t enough for any animal, so I make sure they are getting the mental stimulation they require.

Fill free to let me know in advance about any medications or special behaviors that I may need to accommodate. As someone with my own high energy dog, I know that intros tend to go better if I know in advance if the animal is high energy or overstimulation easily.
A typical day
Although novelty is great, I do like to keep routines as comfortable as possible. Enrichment is a necessity to me- whether that is running, playing, working, or puzzles.
