I have very flexible work/studying schedule that I can tailor to the needs of you and pet! I'm a yoga teacher and work as a legal assistant remotely. Since my work is either remote or ad hoc I have lots of availability!

I have a local home-base that does not need tending to (save a few plants) so I'm available to house/pet sit for you and/or visit your place to relieve your pets and give walks, pets, food, whatever they need.

I like to know their temperament and if they have any specific fears/triggers/behaviors to watch for. For example, if they're good with kids but not other dogs, afraid of men in hats, chase bicycles, I like to know. I like to know what behaviors should be rewarded and how! I like to know their usual exercise level, his much play they need to be tired out.

I love taking dogs with me on hikes if they're energetic, to dog parks if they're social, walks if they like keeping tabs on their neighborhood scents, playing with them and their favorite toys, cuddling if they're cuddlers, or just coexisting if they prefer to mind their own business.

I grew up with two dogs and helped care for them their whole lives. I'm the trusted family member to care for the dogs of other family members, my aunt would fly me out to stay in her house and take care of her doggo when she was gone. This summer I housed a very emotionally needy dog while her parents were gone and we bonded a lot. It made me realize how much I miss pet companionship and am now taking action to make some pet time happen.

Alexandra was amazing!!! We highly recommend! Our dogs were happy and enjoyed their time with her.
We had Alexandra watch our dog while we went away for Christmas. We could not have asked for a better dogsitter. She is incredibly kind and attentive and always communicated well throughout the entire process. Best of all, our dog loved her! In addition, she sent us the sweetest videos of our dog each day and a special one on Christmas with a holiday greeting from our puppy. We will absolutely use her again and highly reccomend her! Thank you so much Alexandra for putting our minds at ease, and loving Ace while we were away.
Laney is wonderful with our dog. She has stayed in our home to watch her and is respectful and responsible. Our dog loves her! We can’t recommend Laney enough.
