We welcome a list of special instructions before taking care of your pet, including the following information: Feeding schedule (times, portion sizes, and any dietary restrictions) Walk routine and exercise needs Any medical conditions or medications required Vet details and emergency contact information Behaviour traits (e.g. shy, energetic, reactive, friendly with strangers) Triggers or fears (loud noises, other animals, being left alone) Sleeping arrangements and routines Toilet habits and house training details Favourite toys, games, and activities Rules in the house (furniture access, off-limit areas, etc.) Interaction with other pets or children

A typical day

When caring for pets, I make sure their days are filled with attention, comfort, and fun activities tailored to their personalities. I take dogs on regular walks, including relaxing strolls by the field at the end of the road where they can explore, sniff, and enjoy fresh air. Playtime is always part of the routine, whether it’s with toys, games, or simply spending quality time together. I also make sure to stick to their feeding schedules and provide plenty of affection and companionship. We happily support Daisy’s favourite hobby of window watching—keeping an eye on the world outside and barking at any suspicious activities, which always adds a bit of personality and charm to the day!

Pet care experience

Hi! I’m an enthusiastic dog owner offering a safe, caring, and friendly environment for your furry companions. My partner, Robert and I have a lovely female dachshund who is 1.5 years old. She’s gentle, well-behaved, and very friendly with other dogs, making her a great companion for play and socialising. I provide flexible services including day care and home boarding, ensuring your dog feels comfortable, secure, and part of the family while you're away. Completely understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I aim to give each dog plenty of attention, affection, and care tailored to their needs. I’m also currently completing a pet first aid and CPR course, so you can have extra peace of mind knowing your dog is in safe and capable hands. We look forward to welcoming your dog into a warm and loving home! 🐾

Alexandra is incredibly friendly and caring, it’s obvious from the moment you meet her how much she genuinely loves animals. She takes amazing care of her own dog, who is so well behaved. Daisy is just a happy little soul, very playful and easy to get on with, which made my dog more comfortable for her stay. She took great care of our dog and kept us updated, which gave us peace of mind. We would definitely recommend her.

I am able to confirm that Alexandra would care for your pet/s as if they were her own. Her own pooch Daisy has been very well bought up by Alexandra and her partner. Alexandra's young dog Daisy is a delightful lovely natured wee girl who is extremely well socialised. Daisy gets on great with my Patterdale Terrier Winnie, they enjoy "play dates".and when passing their homes always want to pay a visit . Alexandra is reliable, trustworthy, conscientious and caring. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alexandra for providing pet care.

Alexandra is a great pet parent. Owning her dog, Daisy made her an incredible dedicated and pet loving person. She's great with Daisy, but also great with her neighbours dogs (Winny and Molly who are also Daisy's best dog pals). She always goes above and beyond to make sure that her and others' doggies are at maximum comfort, happy and spoilt with treats ( Serious Treat Management applied :) |
