Wonderful, caring couple with the magic touch! My dog has special needs. His brain is very excitable and it presents as reactivity. We needed a sitter in a quiet area away from fast-moving cars, who would be willing to follow our positive reinforcement methods. Alex and her fiancée Mike were accepting and accommodating. Not only did they understand our situation, they also had the magic touch that my dog responds really well to. They are clearly well attuned to the more sensitive underdogs. At pickup time, after greeting me, my dog went back to get another quick dose of love from them. They won him over after just one night! Great communication, openness to our needs and their angel of a dog Lulu is the cherry on top!
