I am currently a full-time student, but have full autonomy as all my classes are taught online. I have a very flexible schedule, that can be bent to meet your needs. I currently am available everyday of the week!

I am happy to do relatively anything to keep your fur baby happy! I love walks, and do not mind taking them out several times a day if needed. I love playing games with pups! Tug o’ war is my dog’s favorite, but we can find your dogs favorite game too!🐾 I do not offer in home boarding at this time.

Please contact me before hand for a brief meet & greet with your pup, so we can both get acquainted and comfortable with each other!☺️ If your dog is particularly aggressive, or defensive please let me know in advance so I can be prepared. For cats, if they are particularly skiddish, or tend to hide, please let me know so I can be prepared. I am accustomed to defensive dogs & cats so I do not mind, but would like to know in advance as the appropriate approach is different for each animal.
A typical day
I love the outdoors, so I really enjoy going on long walks, and hikes(if the dog is allowed)and hanging out outside! I also love to relax with pups, & kitties when they’re tired. I do not mind giving dogs/cats baths, but would like to know ahead of time, as well as how they have reacted to baths in the past. I also really enjoy cooking, and baking and often make homemade food & treats for my furry clients if they want it!

Pet care experience
I’ve been fortunate enough to do volunteer work with the FCAS, as well as VGSR, and absolutely adore working with the dogs, & pups! I have significantly more experience with larger dogs, whom are high energy as I highly enjoy playing/running/walking with them. Though I do have experience with lower energy dogs, and don’t mind hanging out with them!🐶 I have puppy trained several family & neighbors’ dogs, and really enjoy working with young pups! I have also helped several dogs with introductions to cats, which can be quite difficult if not done properly. I am quite strong as well, so I don’t mind a dog with a little bit of muscle & tug!

Once again Alex was amazing. We had several accidents throughout the week that she cleaned up including laundering a soiled blanket. Bin addition a few sensitive packages were unexpectedly delivered and she took care of them with care. Our fur babies absolutely love Alex!

Alex was way beyond expectation in her care and thoughtfulness caring for our pets. Her communication during our time away gave us great peace of mind that everything was good with our furbabies. She loves both dogs and cats, would highly recommend her.
