I'm a professional MMA fighter. While I'm not training I get a lot of personal time with my own little fur balls. Walks, play, even just refinding our centers, I think that being close with animals is a true cheat code to personal health.

We live in a quiet neighborhood. The area has plenty of walking trails and even some open spaces to really get those four legs moving. Or we could just chill in the sun in the fenced in back yard. At your place I'm able to hang, go on walks (or run), etc. whatever your pet needs!

While I haven't had too much experience with specific needs, I think that it's never too late to teach an old dog new tricks. If there is specifics in care, I'm sure we can adapt to make a comfortable environment.
A typical day
Going on walks or runs around the area is a great way to blow some energy. Exploring local hikes is a fun way to get new experiences (or sniffs if you've got the nose for it). Meeting new friends at the park is a great way to practice social skills!

Pet care experience
Family pets were obviously my first foray into pet care. Amongst my brothers I was the first choice to watch our youngest four legged family member. This was noticed by neighbors. While young me was a little shy to ask, other pet owners on the block would grab me for the one off walk or dog sitting session. Care continued to my own pets, and here we are.
