Alex is an absolutely fantastic dog sitter! From the start, she was professional, reliable, and clearly passionate about caring for dogs. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my Kash was in such capable and caring hands. Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly—sticking to routines, providing plenty of attention, and making sure my dog felt comfortable and loved while I was away. I especially appreciated the updates and photos, which made it easy to see that my dog was happy and well cared for. What really stands out is Alex’s genuine connection with animals. It’s clear they treat every dog as if it’s their own, with kindness, patience, and lots of affection. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust Alex again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and caring dog sitter. Truly top-notch service! 🐾💛

I would like to thank Alex for taking great care of my fur babies Bella and Benji. I can tell that they were spoiled because they did not want to get back into their routine lol. I appreciated all the updates and videos that Alex sent and keeping me informed while I was away. Alex took great care of Ginger! She was communicative, attentive, and even gave Ginger a bath at my last minute request. Ginger came home happy and smelling wonderful. I highly recommend Alex and would definitely book with her again!

I will not be booking with Alex again and wanted to share my experience for other pet owners to consider. When I dropped Rocky off, Alex met me outside and took him from there. I was not invited inside or given an opportunity to see where Rocky would be staying during his visit. As a pet owner, I would have appreciated being able to view the environment beforehand. The following day, I had to request photos and updates more than once before receiving them. After that, I did receive pictures and video clips, which I appreciated. On the day of pickup, Alex asked if I could pick Rocky up earlier than our agreed-upon time. Since I had paid for care through a specific time period, I preferred to stick to our original arrangement. When I arrived to pick Rocky up, Alex again met me outside, this time in the rain. Rocky’s belongings were exposed to the weather and became wet during the exchange. After returning home, I realized that Rocky’s food bowl and poop bags were missing. When I contacted Alex, I was told that if she found the items, she would let me know. We agreed to meet the following day at noon so I could retrieve the missing belongings. However, after waiting, I had to reach out at 11:30 a.m. to confirm our meeting, I was informed that she would not be coming. At that point, I had to make arrangements to retrieve the items myself. Overall, the lack of communication, difficulty retrieving Rocky’s belongings, and inability to see where he would be staying left me disappointed with the experience. I had to waste gas to go BACK to Alex’s house to retrieve my dog’s items because she wanted me to WAIT on HER terms. Looking back, I should have asked more questions during the initial dropoff and requested to see the accommodations before leaving Rocky in her care.

Alex did a great job providing updates throughout Kinsley’s stay, which I appreciated. I gave a 4-star rating because scheduling and communication were an issue from beginning to end. I initially scheduled a 1:00 PM drop-off and a 6:00 PM pick-up the following day, but Alex responded with alternative times that worked better for her schedule. Due to Kinsley’s grooming appointment running over, I arrived about 1.5 hours late for drop-off. I also arrived approximately 40 minutes early for pick-up. In both situations, my timing seemed to create frustration. Throughout the stay, there appeared to be a strong emphasis on Alex’s work schedule and family obligations rather than on providing flexibility and service to her Rover customers. While I had no issue with Alex leaving to pick up her son, I was surprised to arrive for pick-up and find Kinsley at the house while Alex was not there. What concerned me most was that after I texted my ETA nearly an hour before arriving, I was not informed that she would be away when I got there. Overall, Kinsley was well cared for and I appreciated the updates, but the scheduling and communication issues affected my experience.
