I am unavailable in the evenings but mornings and afternoons any day of the week work great for me. My most convenient days would be Tuesday’s and Fridays but I am open to weekends and other days as well

I like to go over to the clients house and start by just getting to know the pet. If they are shy I try to hang out around the house for a little while until they get used to my presence and feel more comfortable around me. Once I have been established as a friend and not a threat I will take them on a walk to the park or play with any toys they have around. I enjoy walking so dogs that like long walks are a good fit for me.

Please let me know if your pet is shy with strangers so I know not to push them too much to quickly. I can be very patient when I need to be but it is helpful to know ahead of time so I don’t accidentally stress out the animal.

I love to explore new areas and take long walks and it’s always fun to have a companion. I can take your dog to the park, or the beach or anywhere fun that’s within walking distance from the house.

I have been pet sitting and taking care of animals since I was a teenager. I started out helping family and friends when they went out of town and then began volunteering at the local spay and neuter clinic. My job there was to help the animals in recovery who had just gotten out of surgery. I have always loved animals, especially cats and dogs.

Aleta took great care of our boys. One of our cats can get scared of new people but he seemed to warm right up to her. She shared photos daily and we came home to a tidy house. Would recommend - thanks Aleta!

Aleta is a great and reliable sitter. She took care of our cats for more than a month at our home, and was very understanding when we had to postpone our trip by 5 days when one of us fell sick. We were very grateful she adjusted her schedule to take care of our babies. The cats loved her as well.
