Hi, I’m Aleigha! I’ve been caring for dogs for over 11 years, providing love and reliable care for friends and family. Now, I’m excited to take this passion to the next level by offering my services professionally on Rover. As a certified dog groomer, I bring extra knowledge and experience to every visit—whether it’s reading a dog’s body language, keeping them clean and comfortable, or simply making them feel safe and loved. I understand that every dog is unique and deserves personalized attention, whether we’re out on a walk or snuggled up after playtime. Your dog’s happiness, health, and safety are my top priorities, and I’d be honored to be part of their care team!

Aleigha was incredible!!! Super nice and friendly and was so patient with my fur babies! One of my dogs is super timid and scared and sometimes doesn’t eat when I’m not around. Aleigha was wonderful enough to try hand feeding to get him to eat and it worked! If you’re looking for a pet sitter she’s the one you want!!

Aleigha is absolutely amazing with my kiddos aka my pups. I could not recommend her more. Very sweet, makes sure my pups get everything they need, trust her very much. She takes her time to make the pups feel safe and loved.
She was so sweet. We were nervous about our one dog pulling and being too hard to walk, but Aleigha was so nice about it and managed to walk him just fine.

I live in a gated community with a fenced in dog park and 2 fur babies of my own to keep yours company + add some extra fun to playtime. I do require dogs to be leashed while on walks to ensure safety. For sitting in your home, I ask that any special instructions be provided such as outdoor/potty needs, food sensitivities/ special directions with feeding, and any other necessary information that would make their time more comfortable such as anxieties or sleeping preferences.

Please let me know ahead of time if your pet has any special needs with daily activity or feeding as well as any complications with being around other dogs. If you’re you’re requesting to board with me, I will need to confirm that your pupper behaves well with other animals as my 2 dogs will be in the home with them :)
A typical day
I plan your pup’s stay based on their needs. If your dog likes exercise and play, I’d love to spend time outdoors. Whether that be at the dog park, taking long walks, or playing fetch. If your dog is older or has restrictions, we can go out for potties + as much exercise as you suggest and spend the rest of our time with movies and snuggles!

Availability
I work full time, several of those days are remote from home. If you need my services on days that I’m in the office, my husband works from home full time and can provide care during that time if approved by you. I am available on the weekends for any services and love spending that time at home with the pups to ensure they have plenty of outdoor time and snuggles :)
