Letting them be comfortable with the environment let them sniff around and make sure it’s calm so it’s not overwhelming for them! They will always have water and food unless they have a scheduled feeding time! Go to the dog park for however long you would like take many bathroom breaks

Alaysia stayed at my house all week with Bailey, made sure he ate all his meals (he’s a very picky eater) sat outside with him for outdoor time and cuddled him a lot. She sent photos daily. He really loved being with her.
