I've been caring for dogs and other animals pretty much all of my life. My grandma used to breed Newfoundlands so I was always helping with her gentle giants! From walking and grooming to playing and meal times. I've never not had a dog in my life and they truly do make your life a million times better. When I was 10 we got my best friend, a little whippet puppy who was just the best! We sadly lost him at the ripe age of 12 at the end of last year. It's so important to take extra care of them when they become old and fragile and having to change certain aspects of their life so they don't get down about the things they can't do anymore. I've had the pleasure of getting to know all different breeds and their personalities from Huskies to Dachshunds and Spaniels, Whippets, Staffies, Pocket bullies, xl bullies, Retrievers and Newfoundlands. We have a 7 month old pocket bully and she has to be one of the funniest and loving dogs we've ever had. Before we got her of course we did alot of research and she is such a well behaved girl. It's important that the training starts from the day you get them and I feel that if someone's dog isn't properly trained then they aren't going to know how to deal with someone elses. I adore all dogs and always treat them like they're a part of the family!
