Pet care experience

your dog’s new bestie (after you!)

(Self proclaimed) Expert at winning dogs over! I don’t care what it takes - kneeling down, but not making eye contact, cuddles on the couch, a little attention during business calls, respecting alone time, or homemade salmon/bacon treats - I can make a dog completely comfortable within minutes to hours, and develop a strong relationship from there. I’ve have over 15 years of experience with dogs, starting with puppies in my family home, to dogsitting for the past 7 years. My current offerings include dog walks, drop ins, and day care. Day care can include a trip to a park, if your dog has some energy that needs to be released. I work from home and I’m willing to accommodate dogs that just need a little TLC through the day. The most important part is the free meet-and-greet; I want to make sure you and your dog are comfortable. I intend to build a solid professional relationship with each dog’s person/people, to be a trusted first phone call when you need an extra hand.

Doggy Day Care • may. 30, 2026

I can’t say enough great things about Ajón (note the ó)—though part of me wants to keep this hidden gem all to myself. I’ve used her services twice in the past month, each time for a week while traveling for work. The first stay went wonderfully. My pup came home happy, relaxed, and honestly seemed like he wasn’t quite ready to leave. That alone spoke volumes about the care and attention he received. The second stay presented an unexpected challenge. Shortly after I dropped him off, he developed a hot spot that progressed rapidly. Ajón immediately stepped into action. She kept me informed, responded quickly to every concern, had him seen by my veterinarian the very next day, and diligently followed his treatment plan while I was away. The level of attentiveness, urgency, and compassion she demonstrated is rarely seen in pet sitting. Knowing that my dog was not only cared for but genuinely looked after during a medical issue gave me tremendous peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like family and handle both routine care and unexpected situations with professionalism and dedication, I highly recommend Ajón. She has earned my trust completely, and I won’t hesitate to book with her again.

I can't say enough good things about Ajon. She was communicative, punctual, thoughtful and accommodating to my dog's needs and my requests for him. She sent regular updates which gave me so much peace of mind. My little Lou loves her! I will be booking again. Highly recommend !

OMG! I don’t even know where to begin! Ajón has been watching my dog for over 3 years now and she has honestly been the greatest sitter, walker, and pup companion that I could ever ask for. I have a 100lb Labradoodle that is VERY anxious. At that size, almost all activities require much more coordination and support to ensure my pup is safe and happy.. but add in his anxiety and he can certainly be a handful. From day one Ajón was EXTREMELY attentive to my instructions and even more CARING towards his needs. As a pup parent, I cannot stress enough how important it is to know that someone will care for your animal just as well as you do. I’ve taken over 30+ trips since meeting Ajón and always default to her as my #1 sitter whenever she is available. Simply put, your pup will be in AMAZING hands!

I am very blessed to have Ajon in my life for many reasons but a big one is for all of the TLC she shows towards my fur baby, Howie. He is a rescue and has a bunch of quirks and she handles all of them with care. She truly loves him (and every other pup she encounters) with her entire heart and when she is with him I can relax entirely. I know he will be well fed, well exercised, and well snuggled. I can’t recommend enough. *This message has been approved by Howie*

Schedule

I work from home and I’m able to take up to three walks a day, at an agreed upon time. I’m available on weekends, with no set restrictions. I can do walks as early as 5 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m., as long as I feel comfortable in the area. I can accept dogs who may feel lonely by themselves for a full work day 2/3 times a week. Availability will be prioritized by dogs that I have a recurring schedule with.

Safety, trust & environment

I require a no-cost meet and greet first before any service. Dog walking requires one walk supervised by the dog’s person and a detailed list of triggers. I’m comfortable with dogs up to 110 pounds, after a supervised walk.

A typical day

There’s no much of a “typical” day, as it varies by dogs needs. The day may include lounging around, a nice long walk (20+ minutes), a trip to the nearby dog park, or a playdate with another dog, if approved by each dog’s person. I’m also open to whatever is already a part of the dog’s schedule.

41 to 100 lbs
Spayed and neutered dogs only
No females in heat
Ajon can host up to 2 pets per night
I’d love to know upfront if there is anything my services should give extra attention to. I’d plan to stay home if there are concerns with separation anxiety during daycare, I can plan a doggy play date with my friends’/family’s dogs if the dogs need extra company. I’ve administered medication regularly to a dog, and can administer with specific instructions.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
