Hi there! I'm Adriana, but most people call me Annie. :) I grew up in an animal-loving household (at least two cats and two dogs running around!), so I've been caring for pets my entire life. I also know first hand how much they mean to you & how comforting it is when you find reliable & capable care for them. I have a lifetime of experience caring for my own pets, but I started caring for other people's pets about five years ago. It started with helping out friends and family who needed it, but has quickly become something I genuinely love. Since then, I've looked after dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, temperaments, and needs. I love learning their personalities, earning their trust, and making sure they feel loved & cared for while you're away. I'm a total dog person and have been able to befriend even the sassiest of cats. So if you're looking for someone who will love on your pet, play with them, and give them some attention, you can count on me. As a sitter, I'm low-maintenance and flexible. I'm quick to learn and will always stick to what works best for your pet. While I'm not new to pet sitting, I am new to Rover, so I'm really looking forward to becoming part of this community and earning your trust along the way. I'm friendly, communicative, and super reliable. Your pets will be in loving hands!

I want to know anything that will help your pet feel safe, happy, and at ease - especially their routines, quirks, fears, or any health concerns. What is their temperament? Are they nervous around strangers or certain breeds? Do they take meds? Dietary restrictions? Do they have a favorite toy or hiding spot? I’d also love to know what kind of activities they enjoy, how they do on walks, and how they tend to react when you're not home. The more I know, the better I can care for them.
A typical day
I’ll always follow your instructions and care for your pet the way you would prefer. Their safety, comfort, and well-being are my top priority. 🐶 For dogs, I start with a warm hello, some affection and pets, and make sure they get a potty break and time to stretch their legs. I can take them for a walk, let them sniff and explore, and play with their favorite toys to help burn off energy and keep them stimulated. 🐱 For cats, I greet them with the same warmth and always attune to their energy. If they’re playful, I’ll engage them with their favorite toys. If they prefer quiet companionship, I’m happy to give them space while staying nearby. I’m always gentle and respectful of their mood. For both dogs and cats, I give as many pets and cuddles as they like and always do my best to match their personality—whether they’re curious, active, shy, or snuggly. My goal is for them to feel safe, happy, and totally at ease while you’re away. 🐕💞🐈⬛
