I work full time in San Marcos so the best times for drop ins are early morning or after 430pm. For house sitting, please let me know how often your dog needs to be let out and I can see if I can make accommodations to work from home or leave early those days.

Let me know any quirks your pet has, if they’re reactive or not, etc so I can best keep your dog safe on walks. I have experience with reactive dogs and even when I’m told dogs are friendly, I still do not allow greeting stranger dogs when on walks.

Information Adeline S. would like to know about your pet
-Any special needs or any places I shouldn't touch or pet them - Are they reactive? -Any special medications or needs they may have -yes or no to "people food" or "treats" they might beg for -any specific vocal commands for walking/behavior etc? -how well are they leash trained? -how well do they do on car rides?
A typical day
We can play fetch, go for a run if they need more of a workout than a walk, I can take them to the dog park if they're trained. For cats, they need at least 15minutes of play time a day so I like to play when I stop by if they’re comfortable. If they are a lap cat I don’t mind taking in all the biscuits and purrs possible and laying with them while their hooman is gone!

Pet care experience
I had a big Newfoundland dog for 12 years growing up & currently have two cats, 9yo and 3yo, and an 85lb GSD puppy. BOARDING: My cats are shy around dogs at first but will warm up after a couple days or visits. If your dog is not good with cats I won’t be able to take your dog in and house sitting may be a better fit. I can keep the pets separated via crate or separate rooms during the day or when I leave to run errands if needed. My GSD is not reactive or anggressive and is very friendly and loves to play! If anything, she is scared of barkers. If they’ve been playing for a long time I usually do forced naps or “cool downs”. I love going on walks if your dog is high energy and if they like to lay around and cuddle I'll always be excited for that as well! :) I have experience walking reactive dogs (40-90lbs), so I can be very aware of my surroundings and steer clear of other dogs. I don’t have a yard but my complex has a BIG fenced in dog park with mulch/dirt to run around in if they need to play fetch/run if a walk isn’t enough. We also have plenty of grassy areas and shade to walk if needed If the weather is hot I will be sure to either check the concrete or surfaces we walk on or I will only walk your pet on grass/cool surfaces. If it is snowy/cold please let me know if you would like me to use booties or a jacket on your pup if you have them! I have a small pet carrier bag if needed. I've had to give both my dog and cat medicine orally before so I've had a little experience with that as well. I am not certified/don't know pet first aid and CPR but I'm looking into taking a course for that and will update my profile when I get that certification :) I know most essential oils are dangerous for kitties so I don't wear any essential oils or use them in my home! I also don’t use air fresheners. Yes I will walk your cat if that's what they like!

Addy took such amazing care of our pups! I felt super comfortable being away for a few days knowing they were in such great hands! She provided pics and visit logs on both dogs. Will definitely choose Addy again for future dog watching needs!

She’s been very patient and loving with both of my cats. Did all the specific instructions and more. Thank you Adeline! 🫶🏼🥰
Adeline was great and took excellent care of my dog!

Just the best!
