Abigail did an excellent job with our very shy puppy. Kept us in the loop and was able to make our dog feel comfortable.
Our cat José is not easy to sit for — he has a complex feeding setup and a strong opinion about strangers. Abigail won him over immediately. She showed up to the meet-and-greet armed with churu and introduced herself on his terms — that told us everything we needed to know. She followed his care instructions carefully, sent great updates, and we came home to a happy, unstressed cat. Highly recommend, and we'll be rebooking without hesitation.
Abigail did a wonderful job taking care of our cat, Owen, for a week we were away. Owen is a senior cat who’s very attached to his humans, and usually does not warm up to strangers easily; but even though it was her first time meeting Owen, Abigail quickly established a rapport with him. She clearly understands cats and enjoys interacting with them. We really appreciated her updates and photos, which helped us to rest easy knowing that Owen was safe and happy during our absence. We would recommend Abigail without hesitation.

I work remotely in operations for a sports organization, and caretaking for pets is how I love to get a little exercise and break up my computer time.
