Pet care experience
I've taken care and been around dogs as well as many other animals for years now! I've had a family dog ever since I can remember. I have a passion for the health and wellness of animals as well! I started working in a veterinary clinic my senior year of high school and just graduated with a major in Microbiology - Pre-Vet. I'm planning on going to vet school either this year or next year and, meanwhile, I currently work at another veterinary clinic in Auburn as a Veterinary Assistant! Another passion of mine is fitness. 1-2 hour walks are a normal part of my routine and adding your dog to my walks will not only make it so much more enjoyable for me but it will also get your doggy moving and happy!

I've never met a person with more empathy for the welfare of a family pet and simultaneously the family themselves. Abby is energetic and caring. She has gone above and beyond with both of our dogs. A high energy Vizsla and our previous Weimaraner. Abby is an obviously active person so walking our dog on the "hills and dales" of our neighborhood are not a problem. She is knowledgeable about animals from her years of working at veterinarian offices and vet education. It easily shows in how she interacts. I've seen her with other people's pets and she is the same with them as well. You can trust Abby to take care of your pets and in turn your family.

I have one roomate who also loves dogs just as much as I do. I do not have a yard but plenty of sidewalks and road to take walkies on. I also have a car and can drive your doggy around if they love that and we can go to dog parks if desired!

Availability
I normally work at the clinic Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays as of right now so most other days I have plenty of time for your pet! Once my schedule is more consistent, this could change a little. I have time for 1-2 hour walks and rides in the car. I can also take your pup to their favorite dog park if that is ok with you!
