Hi, I’m Abbie! 🐾 I’m a huge dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for family pets, including my sister’s Cavapoo, who I’ve looked after since she was just a couple of months old. I’ve provided both day care and overnight stays, and I always make sure every dog gets plenty of cuddles, attention, and love. I run my own pet sitting business, Abbie’s Paws & Friends, alongside Rover. I’ve recently finished my level two course in dog grooming and I currently work part-time in a professional grooming salon, where I’m training to become a fully qualified dog groomer. This means I’m around a wide variety of breeds every day and am confident handling dogs of all sizes, personalities, and needs. At the salon, I regularly work with anxious dogs, so I’m always calm, patient, and gentle—taking extra time to help them feel safe and comfortable. Abbie sat for our 2 dogs for 24hrs. She was fantastic and both dogs took to her very quickly. Even our little rescue Millie, who has a few trust issues with new people and displays some anxiety towards change, soon settled and was happy. This was undoubtedly as a result of Abbie’s gentle, kind nature and ability to exude a calmness that was contagious. We will definitely book Abbie again and would high recommend.
Abbie has looked after our 1 year old cavapoo many times since she was just a few months old. She is very reliable, trustworthy and gives her lots of love and attention. She is great at letting us know how our dog is whilst we are out and sending us photos when we’ve asked.

Programa
I currently work Sundays and Mondays, and Mondays I am home from work at half 2 so am available the rest of Monday. Other than that I am very flexible and can do any day.

I am happy to have dogs in my home, overnight as well! I live in my dad’s house and we have a good size garden and lots of great walking places for dogs nearby. I love dogs so will be able to provide your pet with plenty of love, affection and playtime.

I would give them lots of love and cuddles. I would be happy to accommodate any games or enrichment activities your pet likes. I would make sure I’m giving your pet the attention it needs
