She cared for our Golden Retriever, Winston, for four days and kept me updated with plenty of photos, videos, and thoughtful messages throughout his stay. Winston is only a year old and still has plenty of puppy energy, so I especially appreciated all the walks, playtime, and engagement she provided. She was patient when he got a little testy and took her time introducing him to the other pups in her home so he could settle in comfortably. I also loved seeing her reinforce training in the videos she sent. It was clear she was putting real time and care into him, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in her hands. We will absolutely book with Robin again, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!”
