“Alexis was great with my Charlie boy! I was in a pinch and needed a sitter last minute and she saved the day! I could tell from the photos she sent me that Charlie was excited to see her and spend time with her everytime she went to let him out, and her playing with him in the backyard and taking him for walks goes a long way towards making him feel happy when he’s got a little separation anxiety going on. I would absolutely recommend her, and would use her again in the future when I need a helping hand! 🐾”

“Lisa is incredible. She came over in advance to meet me and my dog and learn more about her and her routine. Each time she came over she left a detailed report on what our girl was doing when she got there, while she was there and when she left. She let our girl do what she wanted while she was there and didn't force her to do what she wanted. She let her out then in then back out and gave her a treat each time. She's the sweetest.”

“My cat was so calm when I came back from my trip. That tells me in her two 1-hour visits Alex gave him the TLC and attention he needed while I was away. She sent pictures and updates to me while she visited which was very nice. Highly recommend!”

“Leah is very kind and was open to meeting me and the dogs beforehand, which I really appreciated for ease of mind. Everything went smoothly, and my pets were taken care of. While I had hoped for daily updates, I didn’t specifically ask for them—so that’s something I’ll be sure to clarify next time. Overall, it was a positive experience and my 2nd time booking on Rover ever.”

About: With a background in biology, you must know that I am a lover of ALL animals and life! There hasn't been a moment in my life when a pet wasn't in the house. I've lived with dogs, cats, tropical fish, hedgehogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, and birds! When it comes to my friends and family, I'm often the first choice for caring for their pets, as they know I'll provide the same level of love and care that they do for their companions. I have the most experience with cats and dogs, including all ages, from kittens and puppies to elderly cats and dogs. Given that I'm a teacher and it's summer time, I can be available at any time that's most convenient or necessary for you! Need me to walk the dog during a long workday? Or perhaps you need someone to check in on the cat while you're out of town for the weekend? I'm here for you! I am quick to pick up on what your pet needs. If your pet is more on the timid side, I understand to be gentle and patient with them, but if they're higher energy, I'm more than willing to play with them or take them on a long walk until they're worn out!

“Emily did such a great job taking care of our cat while we were away! She put lots of care into making sure he had everything he needed and sent us lots of cute videos of him. I felt my cat was happy and safe while I was gone. I would definitely book Emily again next time! 🤍🤍”

“Acacia is awesome! She is reliable, arrives on time and takes really great care of our pup. She is great at communicating and always leaves a detailed review of her visit (with cute photos). I would recommend!”

“Carrie was great. She changed out the battery on the garage door opener when it didn't work on her second visit. And she was clearly worried when she couldn't find our super old cat during a couple of her visits. He was fin. We'll be booking her next time we travel.”

About: I loved dogs since I was a boy. Working with animals brings me joy. Call me if you want to talk. About making a deal to take your dog for a walk, Or filling the dish or throwing the ball. No job’s too big, no job’s too small. My name is Ben and I live here in town. So hit me up because I’m always around. I work odd hours at a medical facility so I am home during the day most of the time so I am available to make stops to help with pet care. I have a large fence in yard. I also have an enclosed dog run at my house along with a large and small kennel if needed to safely house your dogs.

About: I have experience within the past few years living with dogs in college and caring for them when their owners are away. These dogs ranged from large 80lb dogs, to month old puppies. I love all dogs and would love to be trusted with yours! I currently work full-time during the week, but am available in the evening hours and also on weekends. I do not work weekends so weekends are ideal for me! I am attentive, loving, and patient. Whether it’s playing, snuggling, petting, or just being company, I will be whatever your dog needs and more to fulfill their needs and make them happy!

About: Not only have I grown up with large and small dogs I’ve also grown up with multiple cats! Starting from age 13 I was heavily relied on to care for a high medical needs senior dog so I am no stranger to higher needs animals. I am also known to all my neighbors as a secure and reliable house sitter so you know that your home will be safe and well maintained so you can enjoy a stress free break from life I am currently working as a part time nanny and receptionist at a hair salon so I do have alot more free time to stop by for a walk or come to your home after my part time shifts to care for your home or pet until I return to college at the end of summer I make it a priority to maintain your pets daily routine as to not throw off their internal schedules. If the weather allows it I prioritize one long walk of the day (45-60 mins) and a short walk around 20 minutes however this is modified to fit each dog’s individual needs. I want your pet to be as happy as they possibly can be weather that comes from playtime or mental stimulation toys or even relaxed cuddles as soon as I know your pet and their personality our routine will be further devolved.

“Laurel is such a kind woman! I instantly felt comfortable leaving my two fur babies in her care while taking off for vacation. About: Hi I'm Halle (aka Josie)! I have 5 years of professional pet-care experience through doggy daycare and boarding/kennel services, as well as 3 years of dog-sitting experience, and 8 years of caring for and training my own dog, Kona! I am also currently studying to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. I have lots of experience in dealing with many different types of health conditions, caring for senior and/or disabled dogs, working with dogs with behavioral issues, administering medications including insulin, and dealing with canine medical emergencies. I am also comfortable with and have experience with handling multiple dogs at once. I am currently a full-time student so my availability may vary by the hour/day during different times of the year, however I have quite a bit of flexibility in my schedule so I can make time to properly care for your pup! I have a very friendly, but not so playful 8-year-old pointer if your pup prefers the company of another dog, but she is not a fan of other animals in her home, so I will not be able to care for your pet in my own home.

About: Hi, my name is Sam. I have been around and caring for dogs my entire life. My family has two golden retrievers, and my grandparents used to breed them until a few years ago. Other than that, I can provide any service needed, I love dogs and enjoy taking care of them. Please feel free to reach out if interested, thanks! I currently do not have a job, so pretty much any day works for me. I can work around pretty much anything so just reach out if you have questions. I will care for your pets very gently and with love. I spend a ton of time with my two golden retrievers, Birdie and Bea, and it will be fun to meet some new faces as well.

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was little, in my household I was responsible for, feeding, bathing, walking, and caring for them. Brenna M.
“Brenna is an incredible pet caregiver!! My husband and I hired her to watch our two cats and dog for three days and I’ve never seen our pets happier upon coming home from an extended work trip. Brenna is attentive, caring, loving, and sent frequent updates of all our furry animals - they thrived in her care. (She even clipped our cat’s nails when she noticed our cat mocha kept getting stuck on the carpet!) If you’re thinking about hiring Brenna, DO IT! She’s good with all kinds of animals - dogs, cats, senior animals, baby animals, and even animals that require special treatment and medication. We will be using her Rover services again in the future, and we know our pets will love having her back, too!”

Madyson F.
“We hired Madyson to house sit and watch our dog Milo (Golden) and two cats. Our first booking we were out of the country for an extended period. We had never met in person at the time of our departure but prior to departure I had numerous conversations with Madyson and with each call my confidence only increased in what we were asking her to do in our absence. She did a great job while we were out of town. We are quite cautious with who house/pet sits for us because the trust factor needs to be high and we found with Madyson's updates and check in's we knew she had things well in hand and completely under control. It's much more fun when traveling to know that someone is on top of all things and we couldn't be happier- we now booked her for a second time and the bonus is our pets now know her and trust her too!”

Halle C.
“Josie C. has taken care of our 2 large dogs exclusively for the past 2 years. Our dogs who are very particular who is around bonded with her right away. We went having drop in visits during the day to overnights when we vacationed. We never had to worry about our dogs while they were in her care. She would administer medication as needed, take them for baths and walks. Josie is by far the best sitter we have had, very trustworthy, highly recommend!”

Sophia P.

“Sophia was great with the kitties and they loved having her around!”
