Bailie saved our trip. From the start she was very quick to respond and was able to accommodate Kinzie on short notice. We were able to meet with her prior so that we could familiarize our little dog before we left her somewhere unknown. Our meetup was great, the doggy hotel they have created is beautiful and cozy!! Bailie is very kind and sweet, very clearly a dog-lover. Kinzie seemed very content with her digs upon arrival. This put us in ease for our trip. We were provided updates every day, complete with pictures of our photogenic poodle having fun on her vacation while we got to enjoy ours. She really seemed to enjoy her stay, and didn't seem to care to come home all that much LOL. We were happy she was in good and safe hands. Bailie will treat your pet like her own.
