Your dog will be treated like family and cared for as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m always home and structure my days around consistent feeding times, walks, play, and downtime, so dogs always have attention and companionship. Living in a quiet country setting allows for a calm, low-stress environment with plenty of space to relax and enjoy fresh air. I keep a predictable routine while adjusting to each dog’s individual needs, energy level, and comfort. Whether it’s daily walks, enrichment, or quiet companionship, caring for dogs is something I truly enjoy and prioritize. I live in a quiet country home with plenty of outdoor space. While I don’t have a fenced yard, dogs are always supervised and taken outside on a leash so they can safely explore and enjoy the fresh air. Safety is always my top priority. Please let me know if your pup is off-leashed trained, so I may work with them after they are comfortable on the property. Dogs in my care will also have the companionship of my friendly corgi, Ginger, who is well-socialized and enjoys being around other dogs. The newest addition to my household is Nori, a corgi puppy. She currently has a lot of energy and is in training, doing very well. I follow each dog’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care needs, and I provide regular updates so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for. Your dogs and my dogs are allowed on the couch and the bed. We love to snuggle up!

About: I have personally had five family rescue dogs since the 1980s. The majority taken in from puppy stage up to 4 years of age. Most stayed with us through their senior years. I am retired from work and am available with a reliable vehicle equipped with pet crates for safe transportation or can travel to your home as necessary. I can care for your pet in my home on a 1-acre lot on a private road/area. Or, I can travel to your home as necessary.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every age, temperament and size since I was 16! I often walked/sat around my neighborhood for money during the summers. I have complete open availability! So I can take care of your pup whenever needed! Or walk them every day/other day to make sure they are happy :) When I care for a let inside their own home, I tend to respect that it’s their home and I should make them feel comfortable and safe, and respect the rules and keep everything clean and comfortable.

About: Growing up, I've had a couple of dogs. Our first was a mix (part husky, terrier, etc.) named O'Doolie who lived to be 16! I was young when we had her, so I don't remember her puppy years. Our other dog we had since I was in elementary school up to my early 20s was Dixie Lee. She was a Miniature Schnauzer and was the sweetest dog ever! I enjoyed bathing her, brushing her teeth, and giving her so much love and attention. My husband and I work together as landscape designers! During the winter months, our schedule is very slow. This provides us more time to engage ourselves in other fun and creative endeavors! Currently, I have an unfenced backyard. I live with my husband in a small home. In the future, we’d love to put in a fence— we have just found we haven’t needed to just yet!

About: From the excited, to the reserved, to the elderly, I have a depth of experience to care for your animal kin. I've helped care for senior dogs when they struggled to walk down stairs, when food requirements changed on a whim, when the house has to be changed to reduce trips on tiles, and even when they can start wandering past bed time. It was not easy to care for them as puppies and it's not easy when they are elderly. But if one loves enough when they are babies, then they love enough to do the same as they are seniors. I'm between jobs and actively looking, so I have plenty of time to care for all your animal family members beyond a stop to fill bowls and empty boxes and the like. It all comes down to the first meeting. Not the first job. I want to know what you, your pets, and your house is like so I can do my very best to be attentive and observent in caring for them. This includes setting up a person emergency plan for common emergency care should it arise. Preparedness beats panic after all!

About: I have cared for pets, primarily dogs, for 11 years. I have two dogs, Simon (19) and Maggie (4). Simon is deaf, mostly blind, and has arthritis, and I am experienced in caring for dogs with these conditions. Maggie is an emotional support animal and service dog in training. I enjoy socializing, caring for, and accommodating all pets! I am able to walk and care for animals on an as needed basis. As of now, I am regularly free in the evenings and weekends. I am flexible and we can figure out a good time together. I am unable to participate in care taking place within my home as Simon does not take well to strangers. I will come to you!

About: I can care for puppies, and give special tender-loving care to senior or disabled dogs. I am skilled at reinforcing training and giving snuggles. Whether your pet needs just a check-in or you'll be out of town for up to week, I will make sure your pet feels happy, safe, and well cared for. My dogs have all been special needs, from my last dog: Rowan, Mini Aussie pup that we got from a little farm who had anxiety, to my first dog Abby who had hip dysplasia. All dogs are welcome in my care. I have a strong arm (even if I don't look like it) and will always give the best doggie care I'm able to! I'm currently taking some time off, and I have very open availability. All requests need to be made 4-5 days in advance, I do not serve areas outside of Saratoga City Limits. I believe that the security and safety both of your home and pet come first. If you have special requests please make them known to me. I don't think anyone's home should be treated any differently than the animal that deserves treasuring and nurturing.
