Our puppy has trouble walking on the leash and can get nippy but Lisa dealt with all of it with calm and excellent redirection. When we came back, our little golden girl was happy and well-exercised. About: I have taken care of many animals in my lifetime and I especially love dogs! My favorite thing to do in the evening after taking a walk is to cuddle with a sweet puppy, a book (or Stardew Valley) and a hot tea. In my free time I like to paint and crochet, ask me about my headscarves! I currently work part time as a secretary so I have plenty of time to spend with your pet as well as short turn around for your last minute trips. I love to take walks so I can provide any exercise needed. I have cared for shy, nervous and high energy pups. I also have experience with giving dogs medication and caring for elderly dogs. About: I am a Biological Science major currently looking for work! I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was child including bigger and smaller breeds of dogs, and a variety in ages/temperament of cats. I also have a good amount of knowledge in caring for fish, reptiles, rodents, and birds. (Not an expert, just well read!) I have also been employed previously as a Senior Caregiver under Senior Helpers Lexington, so I know caring for your fur baby will be a walk in the park (pun intended)! So weekly, I do volunteer at my local high school marching band as a percussion tech, (Go Mustangs!), so afternoons, other than Wednesday, are a no go. I am willing to do overnights (except Friday and Saturday nights) starting at 8:30 pm! Anytime during the weekday between the times of 10 am-3:30 pm are available to me! If there’s an emergency, as long as communicated and I am able, I can be more flexible with these exceptions in my schedule. My own home is not available as of right now, but at a clients home, whatever is asked of me will be completed to highest level of care and consideration. Anything I am unsure about will be communicated as promptly as possible. My main goal for caring for your loved one is that they are safe, happy, and nourishingly enriched ie taking for long walks, eating on their schedule, and giving medication if needed.

I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I treat every pet like they are my own and make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and care. Whether it’s walks, potty breaks, or relaxing time, I focus on making sure each pet feels happy and secure. Communication with pet parents is very important to me. During visits or stays, I send multiple photos, videos, and updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I want owners to feel relaxed knowing their pets are in good hands. I currently work from home part-time, which allows me to bring my laptop with me and stay flexible with my schedule. This means I can spend more time with pets during visits or stays and make sure they are getting the attention and care they need throughout the day. I also have personal experience raising and caring for dogs. I have my own dogs who are mixed with Yorkie and Shih Tzu. My first dog, Titus, is the dad. Later on, I got a Shih Tzu girl named Tabby, and they unexpectedly had five puppies. I made sure each puppy went to a loving home, two went to my first cousin and my mom in St. Louis, one went to a coworker, and another went to a close high school friend. I ended up keeping the fifth puppy, Mazi, who is now two years old. A close friend originally planned to take her but later decided it might be too much while preparing for their first child. I didn’t want to give him  to just anyone, so I happily kept her as part of my family. All of my dogs are now spayed and neutered, and they are well loved and cared for. Having my own pets has given me firsthand experience with different dog personalities, routines, and care needs. I’m also comfortable caring for dogs with different temperaments and needs, including senior pets that may need extra attention. Before a booking, I like to learn about your pet’s routine, personality, feeding schedule, and any special care instructions so I can provide the best experience possible. I work part-time in Human Resources, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and spend quality time caring for pets. I’m available for boarding, daycare, and visits most days and weekends. Because of my schedule, pets are not left alone for long periods. I make sure they receive regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day so they feel comfortable and relaxed. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to me. I live in a townhome in the Forest Hills area of Augusta, Georgia with a small fenced outdoor space where dogs can safely get fresh air and quick potty breaks. It’s similar to a patio or balcony area but larger, and I also take dogs on walks for additional exercise and stimulation. I only care for one client at a time so each pet receives my full attention. Pets are welcome on furniture if that is what they are used to at home. I always send photo and video updates so you can see how your pet is doing during their stay.

About: I grow up in the country with goats, ducks, birds, cats and dogs. Love all animals but dogs have a special place in my heart. I became a pet parent in my early 20s with a Chihuahua and a Maltese and later on when we started our family we adopted a 2 years old retriever and 16 years later he is still with us. Dexter is old but the best companion we could had ever been blessed with. Speedy and Keely are not longer with me. We also have a tabby cat named Milo. I am a mom of three and also a dog collar maker. I have flexibility during the day to run errands and work at my own pace with the exception of getting the kids to and from school. I would love to find a few customers to supplement my income and I feel this would be a great way to do it. I am able to walk your dog when need it or also care for your cat's needs at your home. I have a senior dog so at the moment to keep my old man stress free I will not be offering boarding.
